Oluchi Nwaokorie

Actor | Singer| Composer| Dancer

Oluchi Nwaokorie is a Musical Theatre Major with a minor in Musical Theatre Composition at the University of Michigan class of ‘25. Born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Oluchi is currently on tour as Angela in the National Tour of PARADE.  She was also recently seen as Olivia in Twelfth Night, Joanne in RENT and Viveca in The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds Her Chameleon Skin. Along with performing, Oluchi is a teaching artist and director having worked on Into the Woods and Mean Girls for Pioneer Theatre Guild and Umich Musical Theatre’s 2024 color cabaret and 2025 Senior Entrance!
